About Me/Contact Me:

I am a mental health and illness advocate, writer and speaker plus a long-standing board member for a large mental health non-for-profit in New Jersey, USA. Most importantly I’m a loved one to people diagnosed with mental illness. My son and significant other have have struggled significantly with mental illness, as well as other family members. I have watched and walked with my loved ones as they have navigated the cruel world of mental illness.

Join me on my journey, their journey. If we can’t have a cure yet, let’s at least build support and break the stigma.
